On Thursday 21st September Jupiter Class took a trip to Colchester Zoo, as part of their Savannahs topic. It was a lovely opportunity to observe the movement of African animlas and get up close and personal. We were lucky enough to have fabulous weather and the children really enjoyed the whole experience. This included an informative workshop and the highlight of the day, feeding the giraffes and elephants. "I want to stay in year 2 always so I can come and do this again". Much fun was had by all, a huge thank you to the staff and our governor Mr Douglas for making the trip a success.
